Just so people know, all the "Trump Classified Document" stuff was started by Biden, or rather his handlers specifically to get the shitball rolling downhill so they could

go after Trump.

What is amounts to, is that Biden demanded the documents Trump had after he left office, which is unprecedented in America.

And no, he did not need Trump's documents to execute the duties of his office, that's a crock of shit.

The classified documents case was started by Trump when he stole truckloads of classified documents and took them to his home. NARA who is in charge of the documents, asked Trump to return them. They are the property of the national archives and belong to the people.
Trump refused to do so. After more than a year of putting up with Trump, they asked the FBI to get them back. Trump refused to return them. They told Trump they were coming for them. Trump hid some and moved them away from the truckloads of stolen documents. Trump had a year and a half to simply return them and the crime would not have been charged. Trump refused to cooperate. He refused to follow the law.
Do you know who had nothing to do with this mess, Pence and Biden.

A lot of what they found was empty Classified folders.

I didn't realize Biden was responsible for the Presidential Papers Act of 1978

If only someone had told Donald J. Trump, President of the United States that this country has what are called "laws" which apply to everyone, even him! It is SO UNFAIR that Trump was kept in the dark about how laws work.

PResidential Records Act: "In 1978, Congress passed the Presidential Records Act (PRA), which states that any records created or received by the President as part of his constitutional, statutory, or ceremonial duties are the property of the United States government and will be managed by NARA at the end of the administration." (IBID)

I think you'd be hard pressed to explain why nuclear weapons papers weren't part of that. But given Trump's advanced knowledge of "nuclear" maybe they were!

Absolutely absurd. Trump had no right to the people's documents. He took what was not his. Nor did he unclassify them. There are procedures to be followed in classifying. Trump did none of them. What started this thing was Biden demanding Trump's documents, something no other president has ever done.

It was done so then naturally Trump would balk and then they can say "Oh, he refused to give them to the FBI".

Biden didn't need Trump's stuff to conduct his business, this was done as an attack from an incumbent president.
