Who would be opposed to Andrew, (The Judge), Napolitano being appointed to the Supreme Court? The Judge is a constitutionalist and a textual originalist most similar to Scalia. He’d be the perfect replacement for Scalia.

Obama would oppose Napolitano... LOL

It would be like an even more personable Scalia. And if you've ever seen Scalia in an interview he was always more personable than you'd imagine. You can see why RBG would invite him and his family over for the holidays. Though they disagreed they were friends and colleagues..

Anyway, Napolitano reminds me a bit of Scalis when you see him in an interview.

Conservatives and libertarians should unite and petition Obama to appoint the Judge to the Court and see just how in tune the Senate is to the Constitution and fair political action.

Obama is under constitutional imperitive to appoint a scotus candidate.

he will do that

your party will act unconstitutionally

the republican party will die

No way in hell Obama would do that.

Where does the Constitution provide a timeline for the process?
