As Feminists, as Libertarians, You Cannot Defend Capitalism

A great deal of discussion gets messed upon the idea that there have been any number of 'socialist' countries. There have been about as many as there have been 'Christian' countries, namely none for any length of time. Socialist countries would be run by the ordinary workers, and those that are run by some other people are, under modern conditions, capitalist, either monopoly or state. Rose's criticisms of monopoly capitalism are excellent, other people's criticisms of state capitalism badly thought-out but certainly arguable. The past is another country: it is about time for us to start thinking about the future, if there is to be one.
