Yes. It's insanely ridiculous that some Western US states are 50 to 90% federal land. Much of that land has no--ZERO--historical or recreational value. It should be sold off and opened to development. Not doing so puts Western states at a huge disadvantage compared to Eastern ones.how much resources are in federal lands alone.

Simply make it difficult to buy if you aren't a US citizen. Doing like Mexico and forbidding foreign land sales doesn't work.
As for what the land will be used for, the greentards don't have the cash to buy even a serious fraction of it. They've tried already and failed miserably.
We tried to make it difficult to Vote if you were not a U.S. Citizen, and look at how much vote-fraud we ended up with anyway! Today, the Radical Lefties are openly calling for not just Legal immigrants being allowed to vote in our elections, but illegal immigrants being given the right to vote multiple times.
It is just like the Leftie demands for "Equity", or equal outcomes, yet in practice, it become abundantly obvious, what they are doing is Straight-White-Male exclusion.
For 26 years running, women, who receive every possible sort of preference and bias in college, have been 51% of the population, but 85%+ of the four year college graduates.
Straight-White-Males are 30% of the population, yet for 26 years, they have been 4% or less of the four year graduates.
This is NOT equal out comes, it is exclusion.

I am sick of development. I bought my home because there was woodlands next to my property. It has been timbered and sold. Who knows what will be built there in the coming months.
Above my home were maybe 3 or 4 homes when I bought mine. Now, there is a development of townhouses and a new road leading up to where they timbered for approximately a dozen or so more homes.
I moved here for the peace and quiet. So much for peace and quiet...

Most of U.S. cannot afford it.
