Re hallucinating, please consider the source. Some people project a lot.

It's not a matter of snap judgments, but experience over time. Interfacing with the person. Consider different scenarios. If they were working in your office, no matter in what capacity be it CEO or janitor, rank those you would trust in an emergency situation. People vary and we all have our skills so a lot depends upon the situation or goal as to who is best fit for attaining it.

Would Fredo even be working there? I doubt it. Even if just cleaning the toilets.
