Blatantly UnConstitutional, which requires unanimous agreement on a SPECIFIC CRIME.

wrong......Cohen pled guilty on that charge as part of a plea deal to avoid other prosecutions........and a guilty plea is not admissible in a trial of a third party for the very reason that it prevents the prosecution from "buying" convictions so if you are relying on that to prove the conviction is valid, you are admitting the case was unconstitutional......so the FEC can only fine violations.......they didn't.......they did fine Hilliary $450,000 for worse......the Steele dossier was recorded as "legal expenses".......and still, the state is not authorized to turn FEC violations into a state crime.....

In case you missed it, Trump wasn't charged with an FEC violation in state court.

He was "convicted" off a menu of three "possible underlying crimes" that the jurors were to0ld they did not need to be unanimous on, that were not introduced until jury instructions.

The odds are there was one or more Trumpys on the grand jury and on the trial Jury. Even they could not ignore the evidence. 11 hours of the jury meeting for 34 charges. There was no doubt. Trump is guilty of felonies, lots of them.
