Let's remember that it was this dossier that was the basis of the entire investigation into Trump and so called Russian Collusion. The basis for the entire Robert Mueller investigation


* The Steele dossier formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal FISA applications against Carter Page.

* Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.

* The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.

* DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele's bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.

The FBI and other intelligence services had Page under watch going back years before the dossier surfaces, they are going to have to do better

Well, if an investigation was started based on lies and withheld information, doesn't that make the investigation a moot point?

There are two key points from this memo which are irrefutable

1) The origins of the dossier were kept from the FISA court. The FISA court was NOT told that this was political opposition research
2) The FISA court was not told that Steele was anti Trump.

Now take your partisan blinders off for a second. Don't you think that was relevant information for a FISA Court to know?

that is your defense of them using shoddy information?

So if Page was under watch before, it justifies them using political opposition research obtained during a Presidential election by a presidential opponent and not telling the truth to the FISA Court? Good for you

Looks to me like you have a Problem with a Republican Federal Judge ... not Democrats.
