In light of what we've been putting up with for the last 5 years, it occurred to me that even the scummiest of Democrats can win a presidential election. The question is, has America gotten so dumb, that it really doesn't matter which liberal runs for office, because he/she/it is going to win regardless?

I don't think that ANY democrat can win in 2016, but I think that there are certainly several out there that can, and my party will make sure to nominate one of them, I am sure. The demographics of America are changing, as are attitudes, and both of those trends favor democrats going forward.

I can't stand most Democrats. Democracy? Don't see any use for it. The Republic? We need to get back to being a Republic. You? Not worth talking about. ;)

That's a lot of hate, how does that work on your stress levels?

Lol, do they give off a scent that you pick up, so you hate them right away?

Being the first acceptable semi-articulate black President made Obamas election and re-election an anomoly. The media refuses to hold Obama accountable for anything lest they be publicly adjudicated racists. This will change with aHillary or Biden candidate.

wouldn't you think that the climbing trend lines of demographic groups like asians, hispanics and blacks make the GOP's road to the white house increasingly difficult?

I predict that by 2016,the full impact of the massive train wreck called Obamacre will bein effect thus resulting in a massive shift back to Republicans. Four years later, if the economy finally starts improving, their majorities will be ensured long term. This, of course, assumes that Conservatives do not continue shooting themselves in the foot.

You see, other than you, even the most dimwitted American voter expects some kind of positive economic results.

No, because unlike you, I do not think that demographic groups are homogenous voters and believe that most lean towards conservative liberty than they do to Socialist Marxism.

After eight years of Obamunism, most Americans with a brain larger than a lemmings will be completely fed up with the economic malaise wrought by Democrat ideologues.

predict all you want. until 2016, it's all just breezy bullshit.

and I have seen marvelous positive economic results in the past two years... my portfolio is growing beyond even my advisor's rosy expectations.

demographic groups homogenous? of course not. heavily leaning one way or the other? clearly. and if the percentages stay close in growing demographic groups, the GOP loses. it really is that simple.

I'm glad your personal wealth is so rosey; but for millions of not so fortunate Americans, jobs are scarce and continuing to disappear. For young High School graduates good paying work is nearly non-existent and their futures are being mortgaged by a skyrocketing debt burden.

But your lack of concern for others has been duly noted; after all, you're doing just fine.

No, what is really simple are Democrats who think that duping low information voting Americans is winning. Democrat policies are built upon lies and the deception that Americans are entitled to others wealth by corrupt Democrats trying to buy their votes.

We'll see how well it works in 2014 and 2016. If the American sheeple are dumb enough to keep dimwitted Democrats in power, they deserve the resulting malaise they get.

winning is winning. the candidate who gets the most votes cast for him or her WINS. If you don't like it, I really could give a shit.
