Riiiiiiiiight...it's Democrats who want to tell others who they can marry even though it was the REPUBLICAN PARTY that sponsored DOMA back in 96.

Section 3. Definition of marriage
In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the word 'marriage' means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word 'spouse' refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife.

That sure seems to be the GOVERNMENT telling everyone what to think.

but see... in PiMP's world, that really isn't the government telling everyone what to think, that is merely the government agreeing with PiMP about what HE wants to tell everyone to think.

yes, really.....it was intended to keep the government from issuing laws which changed the definition of marriage......that ought to be obvious to everyone with a brain.......which explains why you three don't see it.....
