No one is stopping them from mailing it out. They're just being prevented from using taxpayer money to do so.
Subversive is just the right the word if indeed the chart is not misleading. So, if it is proven to not be misleading will you speak out against the subversiveness of attempting to prevent information from being provided to the American public due to a partisan democrat congress?
Health Care reform will imapct ALL Americans and therefore mailers to ALL tax payers are completely justified and appropriate.
So the Democrats are subverting the right of the GOP to mail out campaign documents using taxpayer funds? No.
As I said, they can send out whatever the hell they want to send out misleading or not using RNC or RCCC funds.

Yet the democrats are free to use taxpayer money to advertise the legislation (we've all seen them... "if we do nothing...." commercial among others.), make mailings if they so choose, etc. etc. etc.

Which commercials? I haven't seen them. And I seriously doubt that whatever commercials are being aired are being paid for through the use of taxpayer funds.
What? Every commercial healthcare I've seen appear to be funded by private liberal interst groups, or maybe the DNC. I'm assuming you understand the DNC is an arm of a private political party that exists on private donations.

When a political commercial is funded by private organizations - including the DNC - it is required for the source to be clearly stated at at some time during the commercial. We've all seen them. "Paid for by mindless drones with no concept of reality. MDNCR.org"
There is no such advisory at the end of the commercials I have seen. Since you admit they only "appear" to be privately funded commercials, I'd say you haven't seen the required advisory either. So either they are breaking the law about private political organizations paying for ads, or the commercial is NOT being paid by private funds. Take your pick.
