Due Process Does Look Different: DHS Official Defends Deportation of Maryland Man

No need to deport to where someone is a citizen. We can send citizens of any country to a prison in El Salvador just like Trump is doing.
I believe that supporters of terrorists should be deported, Pobre.

Since the far left Democratic/Socialist/Marxist/Communists are on the 20% side of this 80-20% issue to support terrorists…

If Homeland Security can show evidence that a person is a member of a gang designated as a terrorist group, they can deport that person.

17 hours ago — ... is currently detained in the Center for Terrorism Confinement (CECOT). ... his returnto the United States would pose a threat to the public.
***“The United States alleges, however, that Abrego Garcia has been found to be a member of the gang MS–13, a designated foreign terrorist organization, and that his return to the United States would pose a threat to the public.”*** (Asterisks are mine)
They have to be able to show evidence, not make up evidence, not claim evidence when they have none. They have to be able to SHOW EVIDENCE to a fact finder.

You might want to actually read that court ruling...

The order properly requires the Government to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador

Then you should read the concurrence that is part of the ruling.

The only argument the Government offers in support of its request, that United States courts cannot grant relief once a deportee crosses the border, is plainly wrong. See Rumsfeld v. Padilla, 542 U. S. 426, 447, n. 16 (2004); cf. Boumediene v. Bush, 553 U. S. 723, 732 (2008). The Government’s argument, moreover, implies that it could deport and incarcerate any person, including U. S. citizens, without legal consequence, so long as it does so before a court can intervene. See Trump v. J. G. G., 604 U. S. ___, ___ (2025) (Sotomayor, J., dissenting) (slip op., at 8). That view refutes itself.

He can be deported to any country EXCEPT El Salvador.

Glad to see you support yourself being deported to a prison in El Salvador.

Expressing support for someone convicted of a crime with a terrorism enhancement would meet your definition of a supporter of a terrorists. You have clearly expressed support for those arrested and convicted for Jan 6 including those whose sentences included a terrorism enhancement. Maybe you should self-deport before you are arrested for being a terrorist supporter. Clearly you don't expect to get due process since terrorist supporters like you don't get that.

Wrong, Pobre.

They were wrongly sentenced and pardoned by our great president, President Trump.

They were never terrorists.

Try to keep up, Pobre.

I guess you don't know the difference between a pardon and a commutation. When a person's sentence is commuted they are still guilty of the crime.
