Due Process Does Look Different: DHS Official Defends Deportation of Maryland Man

I guess you don't know the difference between a pardon and a commutation. When a person's sentence is commuted they are still guilty of the crime.
Not the crime of terrorism. Pobre.

Do try to keep up.

Early on, the majority of charges filed against the rioters were for disorderly conduct and unlawful entry. Ultimately, about one-third of the defendants were charged with assault on or interference with law enforcement officers.

When was this deportee convicted of terrorism?

Suddenly you are saying in order to be a terrorist they must be convicted of the crime of terrorism?

That isn't what you were arguing earlier.

He was found to be a member of a terrorist group by the J/D.

They we’re not convicted of terrorism, Pobre.

Have someone help you. An eighth grader, Pobre.

If Homeland Security can show evidence that a person is a member of a gang designated as a terrorist group, they can deport that person.

Glad to see you support yourself being deported to a prison in El Salvador.

Expressing support for someone convicted of a crime with a terrorism enhancement would meet your definition of a supporter of a terrorists. You have clearly expressed support for those arrested and convicted for Jan 6 including those whose sentences included a terrorism enhancement. Maybe you should self-deport before you are arrested for being a terrorist supporter. Clearly you don't expect to get due process since terrorist supporters like you don't get that.

You deny that American Citizenship exists - but it does.

So you want them to live with other people just not with you. That is a "not in my back yard" attitude . You should move to Martha's Vineyard they are a lot like you.

What are you talking about?

The man does not need a house to stay in. He has a family and a life. If his house was in my neighborhood, I'd have no issue w/ that.

This is such a forced "gotcha" you guys are playing. It's ridiculous.

Link?

Anything?

He was never convicted of terrorism. Why are you lying?
Try to follow this…President Trump designated several gang groups as terrorist groups. That allows him to deport them.

Try to follow what "convicted of terrorism" means.

Do you know what the word "convicted" means, Earl?

And this admin lies. All of the time.
