If a guy wants to lead the message board pick'em game, then he's gotta be willing to take the occasional flyer on a longshot and not always go with the "safe" or the "consensus" pick.

Plus, the Lions aren't nearly as bad this year as they've been in the past. Put down your cup of Hateraide and get behind your team. I've picked the Broncos to win every week this season and they suck as bad as your Lions.

Yes, they are. There is no legitimate reason they should have lost their last game and yet they still did. They suck now, have sucked forever in the past, and will suck forever in the future.

Calculating you for the first 8 games is going to be a pain.

Will have to go back to week 3, or 4(?) when I stopped counting you, and then give you the line for the rest of the games up to this point.
