I 'd like to thank the Chiefs for the 7-0, I am enjoying each win and no expectations. It is just so much more fun than being last.

This takes me back to a time when a different ex-49er was leading the Chiefs deep into the play-offs. Now, instead of Jim Kelly, they have to contend with Manning. This team feels deeper, though, and Smith is not at the end of his career or all banged up the way Montana was (remember his elbow was always bandaged?).
