Did someone just make up the Republican House member from NC who was removed for election fraud in 2018? That doesn't make all Republicans cheaters any more than claims of dead people voting 70 years ago makes Democrats cheaters. That House member, Mark Harris, just won the Republican primary in 2024 showing Republicans don't really care when they cheat.

Claims of dead people voting in 2020 could produce no evidence even for Trump supporters such as Mark Meadows and Tucker Carlson who sought this evidence.

You realize that the 2000 mules movie has been proven to be utter bullshit. You assume others cheat because YOU are a cheater. It’s called projection. Democrats could make THE EXACT SAME ACCUSATION about the 2016 election. And they could do it with the same complete lack of proof that your claims have. Should we storm the capitol every time there’s a close election or should we accept the results of free and fair elections? Don’t answer. It’s rhetorical. When you offer proof we will listen to you. But you can’t so we won’t.

The question is what is the proof it is true.

As has been pointed out many times, the real problem with "the stolen election" is Trump's selfish insistence in making the claim rather than
following the example of prior questionably defeated candidates and letting the country peacefully move on without him. It has earned nothing but rancor and discord.

But Congress may alter those procedures authorized by the legislature. For example, in the 1990s Congress passed a law requiring a voter to be a U. S. citizen in federal elections which modified some state requirements. Also, state legislatures may delegate some voting regulations to other bodies such as election commissions who can make changes if needs arrive (weather, pandemic...).

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

To be clear, Tuesday’s charges did NOT address the crimes committed by the Democrat operatives during the 2023 mayoral primary between incumbent Joe Ganim and challenger John Gomes.

There is a separate investigation into the 2023 election fraud in the 2023 primary mayoral race in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

irrelevant.....the US Congress also didn't authorize the unconstitutional election procedures used in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and many other states.........
