They should test after. They could slip Biden some meds after the tests samples were taken. Several drugs are dopaminergic. Ritalin, Rotigotine, Pramipexole, Ropinirole etc. The test would screen for all of them.

This is why Trump should study up on angles that the Bidenista camp wouldn't expect. That way he tosses Biden a curve ball on each issue and Biden can't respond because he is only able to give pat answers he's been coached on.

trump already tried that 4 years ago. Turns out that Biden figured out that trump is a loose cannon, unmoored from reality, and was able to respond. You forget that Biden was able to learn from Clinton's debates with trump.

I see a lot of excuses for why trump has lost this debate. It is as if the alt right has given up hope that trump could ever win a debate.
