The racism in this post is off the charts! Gee,..its almost as if the poster wants to pigeon hole ALL BLACK PEOPLE into a certain line of thinking. As if Black people do not have the ability to be open minded and able to form their own opinions but instead are seen as sheep following their masters directive without question. Listen,.....Black people are no different than anyone else, they can be right or left, D or R, liberal or conservative, fair minded or closed minded, just as any other American can be.
Imagine being dumb enuff with the amount of racism in yourself to post such garbage as this! Then imagine what would happen if a racist of another stripe would post a picture of an all White jury, judge, and D.A going up against a Black man who is on trial for murder under a caption that read " GOOD LUCK WITH THAT COURT BLACK MAN LMAO " As you smirk and make fun of his situation. As we all KNOW the outrage AND poutrage would be screamed from every mountain top. This was a VERY VERY stupid post you made that clearly shows the inner workings of your mind that quite obviously has become twisted with racism and hatred.

Consider the source...the one who bascially admits ( reports...lol...) that his only goal here is to recruit and troll in numnbers...;)

There was nothing racist about the post.
 
While all five of these justices should be available to sit for an appeal to Trump’s guilty conviction, the actual five would be chosen from the department’s full roster of 21 justices. The First Department Appellate Division confirmed to The Dispatch Fact Check in a call that this selection process is random, meaning it’s impossible to determine which five justices would be assigned to Trump’s appeal in advance.

If Trump were to lose on appeal at the First Department Appellate Division, he could appeal a second time to the Court of Appeals, New York State’s highest court.

According to the news last night, he has 30 days after the sentencing date (7/11) to file an appeal. Or did you mean it won't be heard until after Election Day?
