New York left the Union awhile ago. This is the kind of result of that. The current government of New York is oligarchy. New York no longer recognizes the Constitution of the United States nor the Constitution of the State of New York.

No, he could not pardon himself in this New York case or in his Georgia election interference case. The powers of the presidential pardon don’t extend to state crimes and the president of the United States can only pardon federal crimes, according to Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution.

In the Manhattan hush money case, only New York Gov. Kathy Hochul could pardon him.

Yep, but, the Judge remembers how Donnie acted like a 3 tear old spoiled brat all through the trial, so there will be stipulations to him allowing Trump to be sent home with an ankle bracelet.

He will let Donnie choose whether he goes to jail or not.

The Judge will let Donnie off for it being his first offense, by allowing him a chance to stay out of jail, and probate his sentence.

But, the rules of probation will be strict, and he will not be allowed to run his mouth and if he does, DONNIE will be locked up and have to serve the maximum sentence.

But, there is a lot of time between now and July 11th, as Donnie will surely run his mouth, and someone can be hurt, and if that happens between now and then, I believe the Judge will forget all about probation, and throw the book at Donnie! and make him serve the maximum.

Donnie will fuck himself here, as usual!

It will be an interesting six weeks leading up to sentencing day.

They should declare a national holiday so everyone can stay home from work and watch it on TV.
