How bout them Cavs?

THE NBA is about as honest as is the NFL, MLB or the PRO FIGHT GAME. Its all run by big corporations that have only one thing in mind...MONEY. All the major sports contests are FIXABLE by the powers that be. Give the fans what they want...after all its ENTERTAINMENT.....and THE PEOPLE have been dumb downed so much over the past 50 years.

A prime example would be the N.O. saints. A franchise that has a historically "losing" record. Strange that their best season would come on the heels of "Katrina" and a 185 million dollar outlay to rebuild a stadium. Things that make you go.....hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Another example from MLB. A personal story....witnessed at KC. A weak hitting second baseman was facing one of the faster pitchers in the league....who delivered a fast ball that everyone in the stadium could hear CRACK THE BAT....what happened? The 98 mile per hour fast ball cleared the right field wall. Strange that previous year....the players came out on strike and cost the league BILLIONS of dollars. Nope...no evidence whatsoever for a JUICED UP BASEBALL. Players like Barry Bonds, Mark McGuire are capable of hitting 60 + home runs per season....some of them ONE HANDED. I have not been to any professional sporting event since that season. Seeing is believing....there is actually a video of Barry Bonds hitting a home run while shattering his bat...INTO PIECES. Number 601.

Good points & I agree but one advantage the NBA has is the orchestration of "an event"... As you pointed out, it is first & foremost an investment of billionaires & secondly ", entertainment" for "fans"...

Often times they don't even come out to see their own crappy team, but the celeb players like labron, koME, Curry etc....

Part of the package is having the "fans" get the best show possible that night & the refs play a role in making that happen... Add to that the pampering of "super stars" getting free rides to the line..

Wasn't this the exact "exciting" ending the billionaires club wanted?? Record$ beating record$, 7 games etc etc etc $$$$$$$$$$$$
