Biden passed the bar on his first attempt. Biden is not stupid. I cannot say as much for you.
The Repubs have spent nearly 4 years investigating Biden and found nothing. They made so many wild claims about Biden on Fox and right wing sites. Yet nothing happened. Do you think if they had something they would not charge? They do not need it. They can repeat the lies over and over and the Trumpys will drop to their knees and pray to it.

Still the underlying crime remains UNSPECIFIC, instead tghwe njury was given a ":menu of possible underlying crimes".


Blatantly UnConstitutional, which requires unanimous agreement on a SPECIFIC CRIME.

Then he likely cheated; he was 76th in a class of only 85.

Your inability to escape a con man still shows. A grand jury found probable cause after a long and fair process. Trump was given a fair trial. He had a staff of high-priced lawyers working his case. he had far more rights than a regular person due to his wealth.
He was found guilty of 34 felonies. He was not charged for NDAs.
A jury of citizens took under 12 hours to find him guilty of all charges.
