Teflon Don
I'm back baby
The answer is simple. The US will win. It is simple math. For the economically challenged, I will explain
Mexico's GDP is $1.8 trillion a year. Its exports to the US are $506 billion a year which is 28% of its economy
Canada's GDP is $2.1 trillion. Its exports to the US are $413 billion a year which is 19% of its economy
US exports to Mexico are less than 2% of our $27.7 trillion GDP
US exports to Canada are less than 2% of our $27.7 trillion GDP
Anyone thinking that Canada and Mexico are going to take a double digit hit to their economy by taking us on is fooling themselves. The EU can't spend enough to offset what we don't buy. So let them bloviate. They will cave in the end. They always do.
The economics lesson is free. What you do with it is up to you
