Here is one example of financial fraud taken directly from the indictment document.

"One component of this scheme was that, at the Defendant’s request, a lawyer whothen worked for the Trump Organization as Special Counsel to Defendant (“Lawyer A”),covertly paid $130,000 to an adult film actress shortly before the election to prevent her from publicizing a sexual encounter with the Defendant. Lawyer A made the $130,000 payment through a shell corporation he set up and funded at a bank in Manhattan. This payment was illegal, and Lawyer A has since pleaded guilty to making an illegal campaign contribution and served time in prison. Further, false entries were made in New York business records to effectuate this payment, separate and apart from the New York business records used to concealthe payment."

Trump is a unconvicted liar - because he refuses to testify. He really should take the stand to refute Cohen's testimony if it's false. But he won't - why? Because trump is a pile of shit rapist criminal traitor who can't tell the truth about anything.

and yet.....into the third week NO witness has testified and NO evidence has been submitted in court that Trump told anyone to label anything as either legal expenses or campaign contributions.....interestingly, only remaining witness, Cohen, has publicly stated under oath that Trump did not tell him to do that.........don't you think that leaves a rather obvious hole in the prosecution's case?......

by the way, the payment of $130,000 to Daniels is not illegal, not even a misdemeanor....even the CNN analysts acknowledge that...the alleged illegal act is calling a campaign contribution a legal expense....no evidence so far....sorry.....you lose.....

and now its obvious just how meaningless those indictments were......do realize what happens when there is zero evidence to back up the indictments?.....what you see is what we are seeing now......even prominent Demmycrat legal experts like Alan Dershowitz say that it will 100% be dismissed on appeal......
