that does not say that congress can OWN the property. All 50 states belong to the US, which is we the people. the federal government is not an entity of 'we the people'

The more one looks into this ......the more apparant it becomes that Clive Bundy is right and probably one reason the Feds hightailed it out of there and why they will not mess with Texas.

What part of "the Sheriff declined to help" do you not understand?

the elected sheriff of each county is the highest law enforcement agent of the county, even over the feds.
It gives Congress the power to make laws in regards to federal ownership of land. New laws. It leaves open the future ownership of land by the Feds.
The Sheriff declined to assist therefore empowering the Feds. Sheriffs enforce laws, they do not make them.

how the hell can the feds OWN land when the constitution doesn't permit it? it allows for congress to make laws to regulate certain parts of it, but never to OWN it.

sheriffs also enforce jurisdiction. since the feds are not permitted to police the states, the feds had no jurisdiction.

Sorry, when Nevada was created in 1864, the constitution of Nevada contained a clause in which all land federally owned at that time would remain federally owned until ceded to the state by Congress (which has never happened.)
Congress had the right to make this contract legally because of this constitutional clause;
“The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States….”

What rights of individual citizens have been infringed upon here? Are you arguing that Cliven Bundy has a personal right to use Federal land for his business?
Specifically what laws have been ignored by the Federal Courts in this case?
What are you going to believe, yourself or the words of the Constitution;
Property belonging to the United States…
Even this isn't true, there are legal means specified in the constitution for federal ownership of property.
