I want to know when and where he "vowed to overturn" Roe v. Wade? The link you provided only speaks of his pro-life position, and how he feels Roe v. Wade is flawed, and will appoint judges who understand that. It doesn't say one word about him "vowing to overturn" anything, and frankly, the President of the United States, has no such authority.
