Me too. I had to read it no less than ten times before it finally clicked what this moron is attempting to say. “Have had to tens I’ve been married to” means he’s been married twice, (to = two) both times to hotties. (he is showing his age here, that’s a very old movie and no one says ‘wow look at that 10” anymore).

And “several 10 tennis long term lovers” means he’s had several long term relationships with hot women he’s met playing tennis.

Thanks. It was a long road Beefy. Several times I dropped my head into my hands and yelled with frustration, nearly giving up. But, after hours had gone by, I suddenly had a realization…”Eureka,” I yelled out to my empty, man-less bedroom, “I know what that fool was trying to say!”
