Swing states are important in the general election, not in nominating process. Early primaries are important in the nominating process. Pennsylvania is not an early primary. The decision has already been made when it comes around to Pennsylvania.

Besides, Crooks did not vote in the primary. He registered a little while after the 2022 local primaries, because his birthday was after them. And he was not interested enough to vote in the 2024 primaries. Again, PA being so late, most people are not interested.
