It can be. I ran Round II, and both USF and Watermark have moded. We just couldn't play, but we could always get Grind to set up his mod feature that he used a few times.

i'm just always busy recently. and now on top of everything else I have jury duty. but i think it might postpone that. I'll hopefully find a window soon. It's hard to get everyone to synch up tho
