Courts simply cannot certify any election. They can't even decertify an election.

Courts can certainly fail to give serious charges credence. By choosing to not hear the case, there is no trial, no opportunity to present any evidence, ...nothing.

What courts CAN do is bring criminal charges to those defrauding the election (if the prosecutor chooses to do so, of course). Unfortunately, too many prosecutors are Soros backed and just as corrupt as hell. Too many judges are also Soros backed and just as corrupt as hell.

Yes. Election fraud is a crime. To prosecute an election defrauder though, you must:

1) Find the bastard. While there is plenty of evidence of election fraud, putting them to names is the hard part.
2) Get a prosecutor that isn't corrupt. Kinda hard to find these days.
3) File a criminal case in a court where the judge isn't corrupt, and make it a jury trial, so the judge's influence is minimized.

It is also best to conduct the trial as sanitary as possible, so no appeal will be heard, and to make it difficult for the Democrats to politicize it.

Then he went to court over 60 times and lost them all because he had NO PROOF of election fraud. His cases were tossed because he had nothing.
