My best friend held the butt of an AR up against his nuts and fired it.

AR recoil didn't do it, though. He was just fine.

A few years ago I built an AR with my 12 year old grandson, everyone in the family enjoys shooting that thing.

It's a good platform. If I could build one that was .308 and had accuracy enough to satisfy me, I would.
Eh..I gotta see some good results and know what they did before I do.
There's a dude at the range that gets the accuracy out of a custom heavy barrel, but it's in .223.
I haven't seen what I want out of a .308 AR yet..yet..

As good as my previous shooting session went, tonight's was quite disappointing.
Maybe that scope is no good. I'll get it right one way or another. Or sell it.
I think it just wasn't dialed in before, because I held 3 shots in the same spot, and they hit the same spot,
but not the spot where I was aiming. All kinds of down and to the left.
