My client didn’t do it… But if he did…

If I Drive the getaway car in a bank robbery, I am guilty of bank robbery, not conspiracy to commit bank robbery. If I convince a foreign nation to assist in a presidential campaign (collusion) I have broken the law against foreign nations assisting in presidential campaigns.

It's easy to see why your prosecutorial career was a brief one.

dude......you are on record as claiming to have gone to law school and passing.....did you even take criminal law?.......no, shooting someone in cold blood is NOT a legal term.......nor would a prosecuting attorney charge someone in court with "shooting someone in cold blood".......they would be charged with a violation of a criminal statute outlining the various requirements of a charge of 1st degree murder, with alternative counts of second degree murder, etc.........you not being aware of this is beyond ridiculous and makes we wonder if we should not assume you are not actually a lawyer..........

You can scream that it’s not illegal to drive a car all day long, but you’ll be in prison for a bank robbery.

He is a member of the Florida Bar.

However, I will stipulate that the accused attended school in Alabama, a state infamous for the number of lynchings committed while that jurisdiction was under solid DEMOCRAT dominance. Surely that must be a mitigating factor.

1. bank robbery as well as criminal conspiracy to rob a bank. you are guilty of both
2. you just said you broke (conspired to) break the law in this case. collusion without a criminal conspiracy is not a criminal activity

And Mueller is not going to charge anyone with collusion, But I suspect what he does end up charging people with could be called collusion in everyday conversation.

cite the criminal statute, state the elements of the crime and set forth an indictment claiming Trump has performed all of the elements of the crime......

Who made a statement that indicates that the legality of driving a car renders an accused immune from prosecution for being an accessory to a felony?

I went under-graduate school at Auburn, they do not have a law school.

Let the record show that the accused admits that nobody is guilty of criminal collusion.

1. You are correct they would probably be charged with both.

2. False, collusion could add up to several crimes that are not conspiracy.

Yet you did attend school in a state infamous for the number of lynchings committed while that jurisdiction was under solid DEMOCRAT dominance, didn't you?

Nobody, but Trader Trump Is doing the equivalent by screaming that collusion is not a crime.

Yes, and the vast majority of those people now vote Republican.
