President Biden HAS ALREADY addressed the shooting. If the PressSec has done that, she would merely repeat what Biden said, which everyone already knew what he said.

Biden didn't address the shooting in any way that would be acceptable by any other president. What he did was he had a quick comedy club standup act about ice cream where he then also talked about the shooting.
