1. Widdle Kyle was NOT A RESIDENT OF THAT CITY OR STATE.
2. NO BUSINESS OWNER, PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY, LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, ETC., OF THAT STATE INVITED widdle Kyle to come and be a "security" participant. His sister was dating some local boob, who gave him the weapon.
3. Widdle Kyle was a minor who was illegally in position of that weapon. Nor was he legally allowed to carry it in an urban area. By state law, he was not hunting nor under supervision of a parental authority to handle said weapon outside of that capacity.
4. Widdle Kyle posed as someone with EMT (a lie), neither he and his buddy were in the area by anyone's request.
5. There is no film footage of what happened prior to the shooting incident. We just have widdle Kyle's word.
6. Widdle Kyle panics, runs to cops on the scene and confesses he just shot someone. No arrest, no detainment, he's allowed to leave the scene, and only turns himself in later.
7. His buddy (who killed no one) gets a slap on the wrist and fined for "contributing to the delinquency of a minor". Widdle Kyle (who committed manslaughter) gets off scott free.
So yeah, those causing a riot situation should have been arrested, booked and sentence to whatever degree of crime they were guilty of. But widdle Kyle seems the exception to the rule. Now the little dope is getting a reality check that life outside the MAGA bubble ain't pretty or easy. I shed no tears.
