The owner of that money was not taxed on that money. You are promoting a system that rewards people for being in the lucky sperm club over those who work hard. The rugged individual who struggles and strives and contributes to society should be ahead of the guy who inherited his wealth from his great great great grandfather.

The owner was taxed then gave the money away. You want to tax the same money a second time. You don't get to decide on who is more worthy of the money. Such arrogance, masking jealously of someone's good luck.

How is that different than the owner earning the money, then paying it so someone for work they do. Is the same money not taxed that way also?

The system didn’t “reward” those lucky sperm. How did the “system” reward them? Their benefactors “rewarded” them from their hard earned efforts while creating great wealth for many others. This is like claiming that Bill Gates, a man who has created wealth for thousands of others, is causing poverty.

You are promoting a simple minded Marxist class envy argument that does NOTHING to help those in need, but rather, promotes the corruption and partisan bullshit that is a way of life in Washington DC.

If it was taxed at the same rate I wouldn't have a problem with it, but you have made a judgement on the person receiving the inheritance. Why are you so judgmental?
