’The Donald’ has ridden in like a one-man hurricane, blowing the US Presidential race wide open, defying his many, many critics to sweep aside Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, John Kasich and the rest to become the last man standing to be the Republican candidate in the race for the White House, before eventually, incredibly, winning the keys to them in November 2017.
