There is a whole list of people who do not have the right to call out the National Guard. Only the president can do it in DC, and only the president can allow the National Guard from other states to enter DC.

No, the mayor has absolutely no authority over the National Guard. This has been explained to you repeatedly. In states, the state governor has almost all the authority over the National Guard, with some going to the president. In DC, the president acts as governor, and has sole authority over the DC National Guard.

There is no such thing as "the Congressional District", so you are wrong. There is the United States Capitol Complex, but Congress has no unusual authority over it.

To enter the Congressional Chambers, you need the permission of the Sergeant-At-Arms of that chamber. To enter the Capitol Building, you need either the permission of the Capitol Police, or be in hot pursuit. There is no ban on stationing the National Guard outside the Capitol Building, or on any other public area of DC.
 
Have to wonder about people like Gardner. Are they very stupid? Just belligerent? Combination of both?

What the fuck was he supposed to do? BLM has nothing to fucking do with Biden or Democrats. Jan 6th were trumps faithfull that would immediately stop if he said to. BLM would tell Biden to go fuck himself. A president has never and will never be able to stop a riot. Jan 6th was an attack by the presidents henceman, a totally different scenario. The right would like to claim they were the same but they were entirely different.

The only one who did what they were supposed to was the cop who shot that dumb bitch breaking in. The police should have opened fire as soon as those assholes came in the front door. It is scary that our congress has no security. What the fuck are those police there for if not to protect our congress.
