Einstein used the term "God" to refer to the uncontrollable nature of the universe and essentially had no theism (Einstein searched for his answers within nature, not within the supernatural). Yes, Einstein was required to read a couple of Spinoza's works in school, but all Einstein ever did in his life was 1. mention Spinoza's name in a letter and 2. be polite to Israel's Prime Minister in saying something nice about Spinoza (who was Jewish as well). That's it. There's no way any rational adult can stretch that into Einstein somehow being a disciple of Spinoza.
