Suggestion: allow thread bans AFTER a thread discussion starts

I admitted in this thread that I have used thread bans to troll. I have a thread ban with every member of this forum on it...why do you think I did that? To troll you little shits.

Here's the thing though...if you thread ban you're not doing it because you don't want to deal with that member, you could just iggy, you do it because you don't want OTHERS to see that member.
