The 91 indictments. Just as criminals always claim they are not guilty, Trump just claims "rogue judges and prosecutors" and his supporters always believe anything he says although he has 0 evidence of any of his accusations.

My reference was to the Court of Appeals for D. C. which ruled against Trump on the immunity issue on February 6. The Supreme Court did not agree to hear the case until February 28.

There is nothing in the U. S. Constitution giving a president immunity from civil or criminal matters. Congress has the power to impeach and convict a sitting president.
