No I'm saying that the constitution doesn't say anything like: There shall be equality among all the religions. in fact, it doesn't say anything about there shall be equality about anything.
The equality was promoted by you and your fellow leftists, not the drafters of the constitution.

Are you playing a game of semantics? The word equality does not, but the word equal does. Equal treatment under the law.
The word "equality" does appear in the 14th amendment in Section 1.

It says that we have equal constitutional rights, it doesn't say we are all equal nor does it say that all religions are equal.
It does not say that the majority religion among the American people shall not infringe upon other religions of other people by expressing their religion and offending them by doing so. It doesn't also say that all persons are equal in any capacity.
Not, but it does say we have equal rights under the law.
It also doesn't say that we are a Christian nation or that Christianity is the preferred or superior religion.

No I think SOME ARE BETTER than others in different capacities and I also believe in free religious expression regardless of the religion being the majority religion.
You cannot have equality among all citizens and have freedom at the same time.

I just said that. And you have already said that you think all results should be equal also and you also believe that all people are equal also and you also believe that all religions are equal.
And I say to you that the constitution expresses none of what you want nor did the founders believe anything that you believe when it comes to equality.

That is true. The founding fathers only believed free white men should be equal. Luckily we moved beyond that.
One of the greatest founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson, was adamant that the United States was NOT a Christian nation.

Tell me what the difference is between religious freedom and freedom of religious expression?
When you remove a cross from a war memorial, don't I still have religious freedom? When I can have religious freedom to pray and worship as I please inside a box I can fit in, don't I still have religious freedom?
When you remove a manger scene in front of a courthouse or remove a confederate battle flag from the staff of a state house, you're doing this in the name of equality and social justice. And there's nothing in the constitution that says you have the right to make everything equal or even make people equal.

When you have one religion represented to the exclusion of all others, that goes against the 1st amendment (the SCOTUS has ruled on this several times). The fact that your particular religion is not displayed on courthouse lawns does not effect your religious freedom. You are free to worship as you please. You simply cannot take over gov't facilities to do so. When you do that you exclude all other faiths, and that DOES effect their religious freedom.

The founding fathers knew that equal people cannot excel and freedom cannot exist because making people equal is socialism and it has nothing to do with freedom.

That is absolute horseshit. The equality we are talking about is equality from the gov't. For the gov't to choose one group over another is wrong. It must be for all people.
Whether people excel depends on their efforts, not the gov'ts. Freedom exists when the gov't interferes less, not more.

Why should the government promote Christian symbols? Churches may have them, but they are not necessary in public places.
The government has never promoted equality in ability or income, he is indeed a silly rabbit, but equality under the law, is now the law.

I'm not talking about the government. You're the one who's talking about the government because you want social justice and equality meaning equal people and nowhere in the constitution does it say that all Americans are equal people therefore making it impossible for some to excel above others.
