The FL stand-your-ground shooting. Why won't blacks obey parking laws?

He had already shoved him to the ground. He is standing several yards away and not advancing toward the shooter. The shooter has a gun. What idiot is going to charge a guy with a weapon? If he did, that would be a different matter.

I guess you've forgotten about someone named Brown, who did exactly that.

Have you forgotten about others that did not at all? Conveniently it would appear. Love the excuse though, along the lines of "well hell they shoot each other why can't we?". "Logic" in certain circles.

Because you can see the guy several yards away just standing there making no attempt to attack the man on the ground. When he saw the man on the ground draw a gun that would deter any further attack.

You mean like Brown and the "HANDS UP / DON'T SHOOT" mantra??

You stated:

Are you now saying that; at a matter of a few feet, someone is supposed to wait until they attacker is right on top of them?

How dare someone say something to the entitlement minded black woman parked where she shouldn't be parked.

Exactly. Tell her that what she is doing is wrong, then she'll have her BF beat you up. Well, she picked on the wrong guy this time.

Look at the video. He was more than a few feet, I said "few yards."

Have you ever been in a fight? Were either of you pushed down? Was that person justified in shooting the person that pushed him down?

So how close does someone need to be, to be considered a threat??

I can't answer your question; because I've never pushed anyone down or been pushed down by anyone.

of course I said it and a CIVILIZED human being is going to understand he/she did wrong and NOT physically assault the person telling them they are fucking up.

Now I have to figure out why you think you are "SmarterthanYou". Kind of like Trump saying how smart he is. In any event, you are now backing off your original comment. The murderer was harassing the woman sitting in the car, not the man that shoved him. Is that too hard for you to grasp?

Now, just how many people (strangers) have you actually seen doing wrong, and confronted them?

not hard to grasp at all. I saw the video. I also saw the other dude come up and violently shove the victim to the ground.

why do you care?

And your Black man made the decision to physically assault someone or are you just overlooking that?

Not at all just as I am not ignoring how he backed off when he saw the gun. Of course, in your "Free" world a Black man has no right defending his wife/woman, and kids, from some punk harassing them.

And the penalty is death to the audacious Black man.
