The FL stand-your-ground shooting. Why won't blacks obey parking laws?

There you go again thinking you, someone that wasn't there, can make a determination better than someone that was there. If someone is attacking you, NO ONE else can determine whether or not your actions are reasonable. They weren't the one being attacked.

You didn't watch the video, and are acting the role of the fool as usual. After the Black man shoved the coward he backed off. There was no threat save in the minds of other racist cowards like you.

So you'd feel the same way if it was you or a loved one that got shot?

Me and my loved ones carry. However, I see you try diversion when it's shown you were trying to make determinations that there is no way you can legitimately make.

BTW, the entire situation started when Jacobs, without a proper permit, parked somewhere she shouldn't have parked. It escalated when McGlockton put his hands on Drejka.

Again, you, someone that wasn't there and didn't get shoved, are trying to make a determination there is no way you can legitimately make. Since the only one for which you can determine whether a threat existed is yourself, if you didn't feel threatened, that's good.

Let's get back to the root cause. The entitlement minded black baby mama felt she had a right to park where she shouldn't have parked. Her entitlement minded baby daddy felt he had the right to shove someone that addressed her doing that. Both of those actions are against the law. Saying something to someone isn't against the law. Using deadly force against someone for which Drejka and ONLY Drejka can determine whether a threat existed is also not against the law.

Another fucking liar, and coward, speaks out. Hey, if you got so many balls, and the will to kill all transgressors, find out where the gangs in your town hang out, and see how far your puny ass gets. BTW, your little White boy didn't confront the Black man, he confronted the woman, and the kids.

The black BOY was in the store. When he came out and shoved the white MAN, the white MAN confronted him in a legal manner. Don't like it? Tough shit.

Once the guy on the ground pulled out the gun, his life was no longer in danger.

How do you know? Were you there? Typical armchair quarterback watching from the comfort of his computer making judgments he simply can't make.

You saw the video. The man was several yards away and not making any threatening moves toward the shooter. Do you think when he saw that gun he was going to attack the man?

It's not a matter of what you or I think. That's the problem. All you armchair quarterbacks want to be part of a game in which you don't belong. The ONLY thing that matters under the law is that Drejka did.

The 24 year old that was shot by the homeowner was only looking for drugs. Some might say he wasn't a threat. No charges on her, either.

CFM, this forum is all about what you or I think. Just because the law chooses not to charge him does not mean I think he was justified.

Did you think OJ was not guilty? The only thing that that mattered under the law is the jury verdict.

When your opinion carries no weight in the situation, what you think means absolutely nothing. You can come on here all day long and say you don't believe it was justified. Since you aren't the one that can determine whether HE felt he was in danger and you aren't the one that determines whether or not he should be charged, it becomes whining when you continue to do so.

My opinion doesn't matter in the OJ case. All that matters is what the jury said. Whether I think they got it correct or not won't change the verdict. Somehow you, and others, think the more you whine the more it has a bearing on the decision.

before you get too bent out of shape, check the thread. you'll see where I stated that the shooter should be charged because the man he shot had his hands up and was backing away. But just because i'm stating that does not mean anyone else, like yourself, gets to assault people because you don't like how they are talking to your bitch.

White man complains to blacks parked in a handicapped zone. Black man violently shoves white man to the ground. Whitey pulls out gun and shoots his attacker. The girlfriend of the dead black man said some terrible things about the shooter. Hope she gets sued.

After years of 'rat policies like Welfare Forever, Affirmative Action Forever, 'rats screaming "racist" constantly, many blacks feel entitled to the point that laws don't apply to them. They especially hate being told "no" by whitey.

I understand my opinion means nothing in determining the law or whether he should be charged (given that prosecutors have a lot of discretion). I was giving my opinion about whether I thought he was justified in shooting the man and not a legal opinion.

You have given your opinion about many different issues on this forum and it did not change anything or make a difference, but it didn't stop you from whining about it, anyway. I can do the same thing.

When your opinion addressed the legal part, it became a legal opinion.

I didn't give my opinion with the mindset that I expected change. That's what makes it an opinion and not whining like you.

How dare someone say something to the entitlement minded black woman parked where she shouldn't be parked.

Nothing has ever been a matter of what you think.
