Not a lawyer, but in context of the whole paragraph it's detailing comments of posters against other posters. You and I can post about Pedo Don all day long but if anyone even hints about us being like Pedo Don, it's a violation.
12(b) - No sexual comments relating to minors. With the exception of news articles or a mature discussion involving stats, how it effects people etc, We DO NOT want ANY mention in ANY context about suggesting encounters with another poster and a child, or with yourself and another poster's child, nor any mention of kids being sexually assaulted, sexually molested, raped, having people being called pedophiles, suggesting posters may have been molested as a kid, having vague references to any of the former, having a "clever" play on words with a wink and a nod that might suggest any of the former, any slight references, WE WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF IT. Do not try to approach the line to test us to see what one can get away with, if you approach the line, chances are you will not receive the benefit of the doubt.
OTOH, you can advocate tightening the rule up on the complaint section but I think it's fine as is....and not just because I'm biased about my Pedo Don memes.

Again, all in the context, from my reading, that it applies to posters on posters not Pedo Don bending Ivanka over in his limo whenever he felt like it.
BTW, according to evidence related to Stormy Daniels, although Pedo Don technically molested Ivanka as a child, when she was 18, she was still a virgin.

Agreed on it being vague. We need a real lawyer. Maybe we'll ask our resident JPP legal expert Jarod?
There is too much sexual abuse of minors, and too much pushing of sexualizing kids, especially from the left, for that rule to work.
