So is the election next week, or the week after? Anyone who follows politics at all knows polling this early is meaningless. Are you saying you are not even aware of that? You are laughable. Biden is on the right side of abortion and, the environment. Those are things the next generation care about. Biden is old, but so is daffy Donald. And Trump is obese, out of shape, and has mental and emotional problems.

But ...

Since the Jan. 6th yahoos never got the chance to show if they really meant to hurt anyone (thanks to the secret service, local cops and congressional security) and they didn't purposely beat up and cops, you can't compare them to Oklahoma City. That was clearly a 1 degree murder case...which warranted the death penalty.

The 1/6 yahoos that are convicted will be cooling their heels in lock-up for awhile.

Big difference.

That is a relative term. Given our court systems, numbers of judges, lawyers available in what districts, and the case loads everyone carries, and the circumstances surrounding each crime, "speedy" may sometimes take months!
