I think you are referring to a different article because the article you posted makes no reference to Biden. It talks about Democrats in the U.S. Congress and some Republican legislators and Texas Governor George Abbot speaking out against institutional owners.

I am so fascinated that people say 'we need to protect our democracy' while making statements like you did as if the President is some ruling dictator and all actions taken by Congress, Governors etc. are done at the whim of the President. I do not understand.
 
One of the major reasons for the housing shortage today is the result of the economical mess that George Bush Jr left behind. It took many years for the financial institutes to recover from this economical disaster, and has a result no housing was being built all this time, and here we are today with a housing shortage.

Housing prices are lower in parts of Austin due to the rampant crime there. It's a Democrat run city.

Let me clarify so you understand.

Democrats call the oligarchy or dictatorship they want a 'democracy'.
The LAST thing they want is government by law (a constitution); otherwise known as a republic.

In other words, it's just the Democrats up to their usual word games.

You can't blame Bush for laws passed by Democrats during the Clinton administration.
You can't blame Bush for turning a downturn into a 9 year economic depression caused by Obama.

Lol, no. Immigrants can't afford housing. Houses largely went up because when interest rates went down idiots went into bidding wars over [properties.
