Those are not major charges.

First of all, Trump already has six charges against him for the exact same thing of keeping classified documents and you can't charge someone six times for the same thing so that's irrelevant.

The other charge of deleting security footage is heresay since footage was never deleted so all Trump has to do it deny it.

These are all bullshit charges and they know it.

The six charges not under the espionage act are the same, they are about Trump having classified documents, this first charge is exactly the same, once one charge is gone they all will be.

They are now literally charging Trump for the same thing seven times now.

The last charge about deleting security cam footage is irrelevant as since Trump owns the residence he can delete anything on those tapes he wants, they are his personal property.

These are bogus charges.

Think about it, if you have a personal security cam set up would it be against the law for you to erase it?

Of course not.

They are just filing charges to file charges at this point, it's a joke.

If you have a personal security camera set up, and it has evidence of a crime, it’s illegal to erase it.

If that security camera footage has been subpoenaed, it’s even more illegal to erase it.

The hilarious part is the government has the security cameras' footage. It's how they knew to indict Nauta, who was videotaped moving boxes of classified material from one location to another at Mar-A-Lardo. So #TRE45ON cooked his own goose by ordering the property manager to "delete the server." Mr. Property Manager doesn't want to go to prison for the orange shitgibbon; he'll be singing like a canary to save his own neck.

trump never quite made the transition from corrupt incompetent businessperson to politician. As the former, he had Cohen bully any potential challengers by threatening litigation. He screwed contractors, raped children, and stole from investors.

He doesn't seem to realize that daddy cannot get him out of this little conundrum.

Particularly if the illegal activity recorded is yours and the recordings are under subpoena. That is clearly obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.

Stinkerbelle's whole legal argument in this case seems to boil down to "If Trump does it, it's legal." :rofl2:
