Injuries aren't what we're talking about. And, no Babbitt didn't deserve to die, Officer Byrd shot her in violation--flagrant violation--of federal use of force guidelines and worse, after doing so fled the scene. What police officer shoots and kills a suspect then flees the scene?

BTW there were at least two, maybe three, rioters who died from heart attacks and/or being squished by other insurrectionists.

But yeah, stick with "nobody died on J6," as if that made it just fine. I'm glad you're not in the service any more, if you ever were. This country does not need those who would follow a treasonouse election loser and murder American citizens to keep him on his throne.

No, Babbitt didn't deserve to die. Byrd could have followed federal use of force guidelines and his training and confronted her. Given verbal commands, and likely caused her to back down and retreat, but he didn't. The worst and totally inexcusable part is after shooting her, he fled the scene.

In many deep blue states, say like Massachusetts, you have to retreat if possible and can only use force if you've exhausted all other options and have no path to retreat. Deadly force is never considered an alternative that you can use without massive justification. The state is likely to charge you with felonies for using it.
