Meh. This is how politics works. Both parties want to get their supporters to the polls on election day and using fear/anger is the primary method of doing that.

The current dueling banjos of grumpy old men are all-in with the hyperbole. Per Trump, Biden is a threat to the Republic and, per Biden, Trump is a threat to democracy..or vice versa... I don't remember because it's all silliness.

My memory of Republican hyperbole is better than my memory of Democrat hyperbole mainly because I followed the political circus more closely once Trump came onto the scene than I did previously. I'm pretty sure I remember hearing, from Dems, prior to the 2016 election, that Trump was going to put homosexuals into cages if he won. Going into 2020, Fox News told me that Biden was going to give free healthcare to 24 million illegals... right after he waved his magic wand and granted them citizenship. I also heard that Biden was going to make homeschooling illegal, send government agents, door-to-door confiscating guns, etc, etc, etc. Again, it's all silliness.

There is no war on Christianity or any religion. There's no war on Christmas. Anytime someone makes that claim, I ask them to provide an example of how the government restricts their ability to practice their religion that they wish they had back.

He is not 'stoking' anything, Sock. Christianity is under attack. It has been for a long time (long before Trump!). Democrats are a big faction attacking Christians and have for a long time.

Trump is an atheist with no religious leanings at all. That is why he has no problem using it to his advantage. He is amoral and does what he wants. He plays the religious who desperately want to believe he is their friend. He is just using religion. When he was at Liberty giving a speech, every religious person who heard it should have been thinking WTF, This guy is clueless and I am insulted.
Corporate religion is a huge business and the evangelical leaders are getting super rich. That is why they back Trump. They know what he is but, he keeps the money flowing in. The evangelical and many other religious leaders are all about money and power.
Biden is religious. He is a practicing Catholic who has attended mass his whole life.
Can you imagine anyone thinking Trump is pro-religious and Biden against it? How stupid would you have to be?

None of what you listed is an attack on Christianity by Democrats. People have opinions of what is right/wrong, acceptable/unacceptable. moral/immoral, etc. Those opinions are based on a number of factors, including which sky wizard you believe in.

Tell me a way that you, as a Christian, are being limited by the Democratic party? What do you think you should be able to do, that you are unable to do now, because of the Democrats?
