Caning only happens after the conviction, so not the vigilante justice trump prefers.

Did you know that if you shoot a gun in Singapore(outside a firing range), you will get the death penalty? So shooting a suspected shoplifter is a far worse crime then shoplifting.

I believe whites make, or made, up 70% of the population so that seems perfectly reasonable.
