There is no need to put up a cash bail, he could have pledged property, securities, any number of things without paying cash.

so you say unlike most blue cities, Fulton County still requires bail?....I know for a fact after practicing laws for 40 years, if a judge doesn't think a person is a flight risk they release them on public recogition......and in some blue cities they NEVER require bail.....

apparently, bail is NOT the law in Fulton County......not even common....

according to a former Fulton County prosecutor ten days ago anyway.......
