Tucker Carlson Tried to Serve Two Masters | Consortium News

As a conservative, I think Carlson has a brilliant mind and dissects issues like no other pundit on the planet. Meanwhile, I think both Stelter and Lemon have done this country a grave disservice by parroting Leftist talking points and rarely delving into the deeper issues that are plaguing America. However, the similarities between Lemon’s and Carlson’s situations are remarkable, and I do think Stelter delivers some rare sober analysis in his piece.

I never in a million years imagined LeMÓN and Carlson texting each other, I can tell you that. That being said, Stelter and accuracy don’t often go hand in hand, and it’s a little hard for me to believe that Carlson is going to pay any serious attention to his old foil in the long term.

Bret today: "They need to have Tucker Carlson gone more than they need him for some nebulous future where they are playing their traditional role". On the upside they have revealed themselves and they did it because they are scared. This goes with Neil Oliver now saying that our wanna-be overlords are going for the kill shot now...we are to take the chains now.

I predict that credit card processors and then after central bank digital payments will make it impossible for the Tuckers and the Hawkeyes to get paid. We might still be allowed to talk in some digital space, but it will have to be pro-bono.

All will know who the dirty people are, best avoided if you want to have a place under this anti-human regime which does not mind in the least if you go overboard before arrival at UTOPIA.

The brutality is going to be mind blowing.

I have been saying for a long time, to include on JPP, that Tucker is bigger than FoxNews.

So far all evidence is that I am right yet again.

It appears that Tucker is under contract till the end of next year, and that the Murdochs intend to be good soldiers for UTOPIA keeping him shut down till then. This is more evidence that Neil Oliver is right that the Suicide Cult is afraid and going for the kill shot now....the chains are to be applied to the masses now.

Fox was all about providing the lies that a large group of rightys wanted to hear. They did it for profit. In no way was real news part of the equation. They admitted it in court.

Those are rather vague statements. If you could get into what Fox News allegedly admitted in court, we'd get into specifics. I should note that Tucker Carlson was the only Fox news show I watched, and even that only started after Covid began. There was a time when Carlson appeared to be in lockstep with official narratives, such as his position on 9/11 and his support of the Bush Jr.'s Iraq war. But he's changed, even saying that he regretted his support of the Iraq war at this point.

Their emails showed that was exactly what they were doing. Tucker's emails were particularly damning.

Again, more vague statements. Can you quote what you consider to be portions of Tucker's emails that you consider to be "particularly damning"?

Fox was after profits and provided whatever the low class viewers wanted. That is as corporate as it gets.

As I've said before, before Covid started, I wasn't watching Fox News at all. And after it started, the only one I watched was Tucker, particularly because of his stance on various Covid official narratives, but he also branched out into other areas that I found good as well, detailed in the thread referenced in the opening post. The fact that Fox News terminated Carlson, who was their top rated host, suggests to me this is not so much about profits, but more about an agenda.

Tucker thought he was bigger than Fox. He might have learned his lesson. He was given a 10-minute notice that he was being fired and was escorted out of the building. The fact that he was knowingly and deliberately lying to the viewership does not matter to the rightys. They want more lies and will follow Tucker wherever he goes.
As normal, the problem is not the liars . it is those who want to be lied to because it fits what their constant barrage of misinformation has done to them. If Tucker does not get a new gig, you will find other people to tell you the lies you want to hear.

Story on Tuckers emails. He was clear about what he thought of Trump and the election lies. https://www.cbsnews.com/atlanta/new...texted-colleague-he-hates-trump-passionately/
Tucker was simply lying to the viewers day after day. You may be OK with that, but you should not be. AND, he was communicating with other Fox Gnus talking heads who agreed with him.

Carlson tried to serve the corporations in enslaving the people, but convince the slaves he is one of them. Very similar to trump that way.

I have -never- liked Trump. That doesn't mean he has no redeeming qualities, just that in comparison to his flaws, he comes up negative for me. Carlson, on the other hand, has really impressed me recently.

As to your assertion that Carlson tried to server the corporations in enslaving people, I've seen no evidence of that. I think he was overly naive at first, but has since seen a lot of the truth.

He grew up in the Swanson food family. He is like Trump in that regard. He was spoiled rich kid and saw the masses as less capable than he. Anyone thinking Trump and Tucker have a clue what their problems are not thinking well.

I've made my views on Trump clear, but as to Carlson, he was pretty much the only reporter in the mainstream media that was reporting on a lot of things with a discerning eye, from official covid narratives to the Ukraine war.

ok. russiagater, jussie smollet believer.
:okjen:

I liked the article enough that I linked it in another thread, but the two masters Tucker serves are the Christian God and the truth, which are not in conflict.

Well, as I mentioned in the opening post, I haven't always agreed with Carlson, but recently I think he was doing a very good job.
